Finding Your People.

Accountability, encouragement, and friendships are all key factors in why partner training and small group training works so well.  Sweat, tears, joy, laughter, disappointment, strength and weakness...we share it all. I try to form all of my kettlebell classes with pods of 3-4 people. This seems to be the magic number. If one person is not feeling like coming for whatever reason, there are 2 or 3 voices of reason to encourage that person to get to class. If one person is sick or going on vacation, there is still a class that can be held with the rest of the group.  If someone is down, others are there to lift you up. Make a personal record? Your crew is there to celebrate with you!!
