The Courage Corner Online Fitness Training

While the new Courage Corner project is underway (new garage being built), I have had a lot of free time on my hands. I am not advertising at all. So, I have time to ponder all the ways I want my business to grow. I have been thinking a lot about all the ideas and business models I have had over the past few years. One of the ideas I keep going back to is online fitness training. Most of my students are women... and most of them are moms. And most of the moms that still have small children have very little time to spend outside of the house to actually focus on their own fitness.

There is a solution to this. Gone are the days of running to Walmart and buying a Jane Fonda or Billy Blanks Tae Bo video (you know you had one!!) and cranking out some repetitive cardio moves. We live in a new world, with dare I say, online communities. We can easily share workouts and lessons with nearly everyone and stay connected on some level. We can be coached and supported on our fitness journeys, even if we can't make it to a class during certain times of our lives.

Over the past year I have looked at several online fitness platforms to organize such a program. I have narrowed it down to two. I prefer one over the other on my end of things and I prefer the other one for your end of things. I suppose there is not going to be a perfect scenario. Anyway, I have it set up to use either at this point and will narrow it down when I launch the program next month.

---> I would really like to hear from you if you are interested in participating in something like this. <---
