Welcome to the Tits & Ass - 4 Week Tabata Strength Training Program! This program is designed to sculpt and strengthen your glutes and chest and back through high-intensity Tabata workouts. Over the next four weeks, you'll engage in short, intense bursts of exercise followed by brief rest periods, maximizing calorie burn and muscle toning. Perfect for fitness enthusiasts looking to bump up their cardio and conditioning while still focusing on the importance of building muscle. This program combines the science of Tabata with targeted strength training to deliver noticeable results. Please note: This program can be done 100% at home and you can start it whenever it is convenient for YOU. If you are joining us for in-person classes, days and times are as follows: START DAY IS FEB 3 Monday 9:30 am Tuesday 9:30 am Thursday 9:30 am Fridays are Flexible and we will probably be hiking or doing some type of local community outing depending on the weather. What is TABATA? Tabata is a form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that involves 20 seconds of intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 4 minutes. It's great because it maximizes calorie burn, improves cardiovascular fitness, and builds muscle in a short amount of time.
