Rest and Restorative Yoga 🧘🏼
Experience deep relaxation and renewal in this restorative yoga class designed to melt away physical and emotional tension. We’ll begin with a gentle 10-minute floor flow to ease the body and settle the mind, followed by deeply supported poses that allow you to fully rest and release pent up physical and emotional tension.
As you sink into stillness, Danaé will guide you on a journey of rejuvenation while playing live crystal singing bowls to create an immersive experience that will help heal your body, mind, and soul.
