TESTIMONIALS
Just a few of my current and past clients thoughts on training with me over the years.
I can't express enough gratitude for the help and support Deb gave me as I trained for my fourth-degree black belt exam with the American Judo Jujitsu Federation. I initially attempted the exam in Chico in September of 2023 but failed due to inadequate physical conditioning. I was exhausted, wiped out, and at one point, I even thought I might collapse, which would have been infuriating. Upon my return to Oregon, Deb asked about my performance. I admitted I hadn't passed, explaining that I simply couldn't physically endure it.
Out of the kindness of her heart and as my friend, Deb offered to train me for the retake. Despite having no prior experience in judo, except for a little exposure within her own Brazilian jiu-jitsu training, she eagerly and lovingly assisted me. Deb introduced me to kettlebell exercises teaching me proper techniques and pushing me with ever challenging workouts for my conditioning. She stood by me throughout, pushing me to regain my physical fitness and the endurance to weather the 4-hour physical exam. Consequently, when I retook the exam, I was fully prepared physically and mentally thanks to the investment Deb made in me. And I passed with flying colors.
I cannot thank Deb enough for her invaluable help, unwavering support, and constant encouragement throughout this journey. She played a pivotal role in helping me overcome the setback of failing the exam initially and achieving success. I wholeheartedly recommend Deb to anyone fortunate enough to have her as a coach in their physical and health journey. She is a remarkable individual who can guide you and push you to attain your goals.
Thanks for everything Deb! You ROCK!
