Semi-private partner training is my favorite way to coach my clients! This approach provides personalized coaching while enabling you to collaborate with a partner, significantly boosting your motivation and your accountability. Exercising regularly with your bestie acts as a one of the most powerful motivators on a fitness journey, helping you each of you confidently achieve your fitness goals together.

Semi-Private Training sessions are held in-person in my private kettlebell studio in McMinnville, Oregon, where I have a custom studio built specifically for kettlebell training, mobility work, and groundwork.
