Time: 6am - 7am

Hump Day! Get your grind on! Wednesdays are our slow and heavy kettlebell strength training day. Think ladders: Presses, Squats, Cleans, Deadlifts, Lunges, Get-Ups, Farmers Carries, etc. 

Bring water.
