Saturday Morning Class

Saturday Morning Drop-In.

Time: 8am - 9am

High Energy faster paced class. We will be working OTM for 30 minutes after a good amount of ground work. Prepare to sweat. 

Snatches will make you smile... Swinging will soothe your soul... and your abs will thank you... we will be outside (weather and construction permitting) for this class. 

Bring water. Bring a yoga mat that can go outside if you have one (I have 4 to share).
