EARLY Monday Morning Drop-In

Time: 6am - 7am

Ground Force Method movement prep and Kettlebell complex training. 

We will be jump starting the week with a lot of movement and strength training. Mondays will consist of fast paced kettlebell work that will include all the things such as the DEEP 6, Swings and Snatches, and other various kettlebell complexes. 

Bring water.
