Mondays•Tuesdays•Thursdays at 9am

Mondays•Wednesdays•Fridays 5:30pm (subject to change)

McMinnvile in my Private Garage Gym

 

This listing is for 3 small group training sessions per week for 6 weeks. Space is limited. 

 

We will be working on overall grip strength, and hip strength and mobility. 

 

A group goal will be set for each class to work towards for the 6 weeks.
