Hips + Grips Anytime, Anywhere 6 Week Online Kettlebell Training Program.

 

This is the virtual version of my Hips + Grips 6 week program. You can choose your times, days, and location of your workouts to fit into your busy schedule. 

 

Each workout will take between 45-60 minutes from warmup to completion. You can however vary the intensity of each training to fit your specific needs. 

 

After purchade you will be prompted to download our TrueCoach training app and you will be able to start your journey towards a stronger you! 

 

Things to know:

  • You will need a variety of your own kettlebells, or a place that has them available for you to use for this program. A light, medium, and a heavy kettlebell would be great to have access to. 
  • Program is delivered in an app form to be used on your phone for convenience.
  • You will receive 3 workouts per week for a total of 6 weeks.
  • You will need to have a basic understanding of kettlebell skills to complete this program.*
