Swings + Get-ups are the focus of this intense class. Talk to Deb before you show up for this class.
We will be working kettlebell swings OTM for 30 minutes after a good amount of ground work. Turkish Get-ups will be done after those swings!! Prepare to sweat. You need to be proficient at swings AND get-ups before you come to this class.
If you are looking for classes at a different day or time, please send me a message. I may have others on a waiting list that are looking for the same time. And if not, I will add you to the waiting list until we find a few others to join you. Because I focus on small group fitness, we need at least 3 or 4 people to commit to a regular class time. So, go ahead and ask your friends to join you in a new fitness adventure!
