MAC Kettlebell Club! Comprehensive and engaging training sessions in various kettlebell skills, including the swing, snatch, clean, press, squat, and Turkish get-up (TGU) specifically designed for women aged 35 and older. We invite you to join our dynamic and energetic weekly meet-ups, where you will have the chance to get strong AF, enjoy community, and feel totally empowered as you build your new found strength. Please remember the first rule of Kettlebell Club: you need to have a basic understanding of how to use kettlebells before participating in one of our classes. All new club members will need 3-6 private or semi private training sessions prior to joining the club. Break away from the norm, build robust muscle, improve your bone density, and unlock your inner strength with us.
