Welcome, ladies over 40! Join us for our 60-minute personalized personal training sessions designed specifically for you. Our focus is on helping you increase bone density, build muscle mass, develop healthy habits, optimize nutrition, and enhance overall wellness for a longer and healthier life. Being a woman over the age of 50 myself, I bring a personal perspective as I completely I understand the unique needs of women in this age group. My goal is to provide a supportive and empowering environment where we can work together to achieve your fitness goals. During our one-on-one sessions, we'll engage in strength training exercises aimed at increasing bone density and building muscle mass. I will also provide valuable nutritional guidance to support your overall wellness journey. This program goes beyond physical exercise - it's about empowering you with the knowledge and tools needed to live a longer, stronger, healthier lifestyle. We believe in promoting confidence through physical strength and endurance while fostering positive attitudes towards health and fitness.
