Kettlebell Strength and Conditioning

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 6am - 7am

By combining kettlebells with a variety of body weight exercises and mobility drills, this all levels strength and conditioning class will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work.

Basic Kettlebell Strength Training

Tuesdays, Thursdays
6am – 7am

These are our slower and heavier days. Get ready for TGU's, presses, squats, and heavy swings. Turkish Get Ups are the foundation of what we do.
