This s a repeating class throughout the year. Bootcamps last for 6 weeks and are progressive week by week and are geared towards a group goal by the end of the 6 week camp.
Bootcamps are designed to push participants outside their comfort zones and challenge them to reach new heights in their fitness and overall wellness. Each week brings new challenges, growth, and a sense of camaraderie as everyone works together towards a common goal.

Kettlebell Semi Private Lessions
Grab a small group of friends and commit to growing stronger together! Each semi-private group will need at least 3-6 people to commit to a 6 week program at a time. Goals will be set by each group and met together.
