Our Hooks and Grips moisturizing lotion bar acts like a soothing and healing balm on the skin. It is perfect to help keep calluses in check, soothe sore and torn up spider guard grips, and quickly heal up barefoot training issues like cracked heels.
 
Aromatherapy Blends:
Forest Mint - cypress, fir balsam needle, rosemary, peppermint
Lavender Mint - lavender, helichrysum. peppermint, vanilla
 
Properties of essential oils:
Lavender - antimicrobial, stress relief; helps heal friction burns.
Helichrysum - one of the best overall healing oils available.
Peppermint - cooling; anti-inflammatory; antibacterial; antipruritic.
Vanilla - smells really good.
Cypress - astringent; calming effect; antimicrobial; improves circulation and blood flow.
Balsam Fir Needle - clear breathing; soothing analgesic; antibacterial.
Rosemary – mental clarity; clear breathing analgesic.
 
NOTE: The Forest Mint may not be suitable for very sensitive skin. It is much stronger than the Lavender Mint. Redheads please choose the Lavender Mint or Unscented.

organic cacao butter, organic jojoba, beeswax, and essential oils. 
 
How to use:
1. Warm the Bar: Warm the lotion bar by rubbing it between your hands.
 
2. Direct Application: You can directly apply the softened lotion bar onto hands and feet (don't forget your heels). Gently massage the lotion bar directly into your skin using circular motions.
 
3. Allow Absorption: After applying the lotion, allow some time for it to be absorbed into your skin before dressing or touching other surfaces to prevent transfer.
This product is intended to be used AFTER training, not before. Your hands and feet will be slippery directly after use. 
 
Lotion bars are known for their convenience and portability—great for your gear bag, on-the-go use, and travel. Store your lotion bar in a cool and dry place to prevent melting or softening when not intended.
